Carissa would have been 27 years old today. :'( Her life was brutally taken from her by one William Collins. In exchange for her precious life, and inevitably the life of my other sister, he has only received a few measly years in prison and is going to be up for parole very soon. Sometimes life makes absolutely no sense and there is NO JUSTICE!
